Introduction to Acrylic Pouring – Tuesday 15th January OR Saturday 9th February OR  Saturday 16th March – 1.00 – 3:30pm $120

Presented by Ballan artist Maggie Schirmer, this workshop is an introduction for people who would like to learn technical aspects about acrylic pouring.

Maggie loves helping others tap into the freeing process of acrylic pouring. Participants will create two beautiful pieces of art and will learn how to recreate the experience at home and thereby build upon the skills learnt during the workshop.

What is offered:
2 1/2 hours of demonstrations and interactive experience.
Learn about paint texture and consistency for best outcomes.
Learn about layers colours and how to avoid getting mud.
Experiment with different mixtures to create the allusive cells.
Take home 2 pieces of art.
Take home recipes for successful ongoing creative processes.
